Regardless of what the ads claim, there is
no magic pill for losing weight. The BEST solution for losing
weight and keeping it off long-term (not yo-yo'ing) is to
follow a healthy eating plan and to exercise. It's not fast,
it's not easy, but it works.

If you are going to
take a pill, I recommend you don't take a drug, but
rather an appetite suppressant. These are usually
safer and help promote natural weight loss so you can
keep the weight off.
The best one I know of is
Pure Natural Hoodia.
It's 100% natural and
certified to be authentic. It helps suppress your
appetite - you feel full faster and stay full longer.
Hoodia is legitimate and
has been profiled on 60 minutes, the Today show, the BBC
and a lot of other places.

If
you want to try the various pills and drugs out there to lose weight here are some
tips to keep in mind:
- If an ad for a
weight loss drug
sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Here are some
claims that the FDA says to be skeptical of when choosing a weight
loss drug: easy, effortless, guaranteed, miraculous, magical,
breakthrough, new discovery, secret, ancient, exclusive.
- Do NOT take more than the
recommended dose. You aren't going to lose more weight or
weight any faster if you take more pills or drugs and it could be dangerous.
- You will have more success if you
eat healthy and exercise while taking your weight loss drug.
- Do NOT combine weight loss drugs.
Take only one type of drug (for example, just take Phentermine or
Adipex or Bonitril) don't combine them.
- Weight loss drugs are meant to be a
short term solution, not a long term one. Don't take any
weight loss drug more than a year.
