I am not my weight. I am a wonderful, special human being
and I CAN lose weight. I am taking the steps I need to take
every day for a happier, healthier me. I eat healthy foods in
moderate portions and I exercise frequently. I feel good about
me.
I see myself as I will look when I reach my target weight
and I like the picture I see. I am going to experience every
bit of life and I am going to experience it as a thin me.
I will keep moving forward to my target weight goal and to that
picture I have of a thin me regardless of what anyone says.
Although I may get discouraged from time to time, I will
continue toward my target weight goal.
