A Pep Talk

Please read this as often as you need to until you believe it completely.  Insert your own target goal and the exact date you will reach your goal in the blanks provided.   Reaching your target weight IS possible and you CAN do it!

I am not my weight.  I am a wonderful, special human being and I CAN lose weight.  I am taking the steps I need to take every day for a happier, healthier me.  I eat healthy foods in moderate portions and I exercise frequently.  I feel good about me. 

I see myself as I will look when I reach my target weight  and I like the picture I see.  I am going to experience every bit of life and I am going to experience it as a thin me. 

I will keep moving forward to my target weight goal and to that picture I have of a thin me regardless of what anyone says.  Although  I may get discouraged from time to time, I will continue toward my target weight goal.

I CAN do this!  I can reach my target goal!  I believe in me!
