Exercise Tips |

If you need to build up to your exercise target, then
go a little bit further each day until you reach your target. If
you can only walk a half a block the first day, walk a half a block
and a little bit more the second day. As long as you are
steadily working to your exercise target it doesn't matter when you
get there. It just matters that you do get there.
